Appointment Required
An appointment is required before bringing items in for consignment. Marie personally assesses every piece and must be in store to receive them. Please below before visiting. We also recommend completing our consignment item form ahead of your appointment.
Unsold Items Policy
Items are listed for up to 6 months. If your item has not sold within this period, please contact us to arrange collection. Any items that remain uncollected after 6 months will be donated to charity. It is the consignment client's responsibility to stay in touch with us regarding their items.

We've made it as simple and transparent as possible. Here's exactly what to expect from start to finish.
Make an Appointment
Book before you visit
An appointment is required before bringing your items in. Marie personally assesses every piece, so she needs to be in store to receive your consignment — please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
We accept clothing, shoes, handbags, jewellery and accessories. Items should be clean, in excellent condition, and ideally on hangers or neatly folded.

We Assess & Price
Expert evaluation
Our team carefully examines each piece for quality, condition, label, and current market demand. We price items fairly — high enough to reflect their value, accessible enough to sell.
We consider brand, fabric, condition, and current trends. You'll be informed of the proposed price before anything goes on the floor, and you're always free to take items back if you're not happy.
Tip: Designer labels, natural fibres (wool, cashmere, silk, linen) and vintage pieces tend to achieve the best prices.
We Display & Promote
Your items in the spotlight
Accepted pieces are steamed, tagged and displayed beautifully in our boutique. We actively promote our stock to our loyal customer base and through our social channels.
Items are listed for up to 6 months. If your item hasn't sold within that time, it is important that you contact us to arrange collection — any uncollected items will be donated to charity after 6 months.
Tip: Items consigned at the start of a season tend to sell fastest.
You Get Paid
Simple & transparent
Once your item sells, you receive your agreed percentage of the sale price, less 10% GST. We'll notify you and arrange payment — bank deposit or store credit (store credit earns a bonus percentage).
Our standard split is 50/50. Opting for store credit instead of bank deposit gives you an extra 10% — a great option if you love shopping with us too. GST (10%) is deducted from your share prior to payment.
Tip: Store credit is the best value option and lets you reinvest in new-to-you pieces.
